Associate Director, Watchman

Gabriel Carter heads Watchman’s high risk practice and has delivered projects across northern Mozambique, the DRC and has recently returned from eastern Europe. He has previously lived in Afghanistan where he established a security company from scratch and supported a range of clients including emerald miners and NGOs. Gabriel has degrees from Cambridge and SOAS.
